Eight teenagers from Buleleng, Bali, when the waves rolled melukat or clean themselves on the beach after Nyepi Pangyangan, Jembrana, Sunday (06/03/2011) yesterday afternoon.
Three people were rescued by citizens, two people were found dead, three others still missing, and until now still in the search for the Joint Search and Rescue team member.
"Initially they wanted to celebrate Ngembak Geni, came to the beach Pangyangan, Pekutatan, Jembrana to melukat," said Police Chief Jembrana, AKBP Irfing Jaya Kompas.com encountered in Bali Police Headquarters on Monday (07/03/2011) afternoon. "Sore-afternoon around 3 o'clock they swim, perhaps because of bad weather and the waves rolled up around 5 o'clock," he added.
Three people were rescued by local villagers that I Ketut Sumadiana (19), I Gede Suparmawan (18) and I Komang Agus Setiawan (15). "Around 18:00 pm one person was found in dead and another was also found dead this morning,"explained Irfing.
Two victims were killed identified named I Putu Abdi (18) and Rizki Chandra (16) were found not far from the location of drowning. While the other three are still missing and to this officer from the Joint Rescue Polair Bali Police, the SAR government, including members of the Jembrana district police, are conducting a search.
The three victims who have not found is Komal Maradona (18), Putu Ardika July (17) and Agung Gede Krisyudiarta (18).
